Returns must test all returned products before we can issue a refund or exchange any products. This is necessary so we are able to file claims on defective or damaged goods with the manufacturer or the shipping company. This does not include extended warranties. No refund can be given for extended warranties past 5 days of purchase.

If your goods arrive defective or in a damaged state, call us with your order number and a brief explanation of the situation. You will be emailed the steps for completing the exchange. You have 3 days from the arrival of the package to report damaged goods. You have 10 days to report defective goods, request an exchange, or request a refund. After 10 days, you MUST contact the manufacturer to redeem your warranty.

Returning unwanted / not faulty goods

If your item is not defective and you wish for a return then you have 15 days from when the package arrives to return your item. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges will only be given within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns & exchanges must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt; must be in its original condition without any scratches and damages in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. All items must be returned in the original manufacture’s box. Phones returned without boxes will not be accepted. Damaged products or products with cosmetic damages (i.e. scratches) will also not be accepted.



  • Please include the following information when returning an item:
    • 1) Your RMA number on your invoice (Do not write on the items box. If so, the package will not be accepted even if it is not defective).
    • 2) A copy of your payment receipt with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
    • 3) A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange.
  • Note: will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service.
  • Also note that shipping fees and insurance are -NON Refundable.
